For as long as she can remember, Rendee Pfeifle has been drawn to two things: caring for people and making them feel their best. As a nurse for over a decade—most of it spent in labor & delivery—she developed an instinct for putting people at ease, anticipating their needs, and delivering care with a balance of expertise and heart. But something kept pulling her toward aesthetics. Not the kind that chases trends or promises instant perfection, but the kind that helps people look in the mirror and feel like the best version of themselves refreshed, confident, and naturally radiant. That passion led to The Collective Medspa, a place where expertise meets warmth, and where every patient is treated with the same thoughtful, high-touch care that made Rendee an exceptional nurse.

 

The Collective isn’t your typical medspa—it’s built around real connection, trust, and a belief that beauty should feel effortless. Rendee approaches aesthetics the same way she approaches life with a nurturing, girl-next-door vibe that’s equal parts expertise and heart. When she’s not helping patients feel their best, you’ll find her savoring time with her husband (a chiropractor) and their three kids, tending to their backyard chickens, and embracing the slow, simple moments of everyday life.

What should I expect in a consultation?

 

Not sure what you need or where to start? During your consultation, we will thoroughly go over your plans, budget, health history, concerns, and any questions you may have and most importantly get to know YOU! We want you to feel confident, comfortable and educated starting a treatment plan!

How can I save money?

For every person you refer to The COLLECTIVE you’ll receive a $25 credit.

Sign up for Alle, AND/OR Aspire and we will track your treatments and you’ll receive credits your following appointment.

Look of 3 botox deal= >64 units for $550 ($704 savings) for first time patients.

 

We also have packages for multiple syringes of filler and microneedling package.

How long does Botox/Dysport last?

Tox typically lasts 3-4 months but results very from patient to patient. After your initial follow up, a maintenance plan will be established. 

 

How long do fillers last?

Fillers can last from 6-24months depending on the area that is being treated and how the patient responds. A two-week follow up will be scheduled to assess filler results after initial appointment.

Booking Fees

Every patient is required to pay out a booking fee prior to coming in for their scheduled appointment. Our booking fees apply towards treatment in office and product purchases. Our booking fee ensures that our provider's time is protected against late cancellations and No Shows.

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, please text me at 602-708-2992. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not a guarantee. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to the next available appointment time.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. In order to protect our time, we require 48 hours advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. Any changes or cancellations made by the patient after the 48-hour window will forfeit their respective booking fee. No-Show appointments will forfeit their respective bookings fees. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to best serving you at your appointment!

 

 

Return Policy On Products

We will be happy to accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Refunds for Services

We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.
